Sever application error with MS personal web server

The server has encountered an error while loading an
application during the processing of your request.
Possible error could be the application is not
registered correctly. Please contact the server
administrator for assistance.

This is the error that I get when I try to open CF Administrator (5.0) using MS PWS. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Thanks.
