My company split into two different companies but they are still in the same building and still using the same phone system.

Phone System
S8800
CM 6.0
Mod Messaging 5.1 (MSS, MAS1, MAS2)
Session Mgr
System Mgr

Company A is staying on the 10.5 range
Company B is now using 172.168 range for their network

I need to do the following:
Put Company B on Tenant Partition 2 (already built, but not active yet)
Setup their new PRI Circuit (telco installing it now, will get Trunk group built when they are ready to test)
Setup Company B with 172.168 range for their IP Phones
Setup Company B to access the Web Client for Voicemail

Since Company B is on a different network I assume I need to build a new Web Client server so they can access their voicemail from their computers.

Big question: How do I setup two different IP ranges in the same phone system?

Thanks.

you may want to play with "Locations" as-well as tenants.

if you do display locations you can define locations for a telephone system. So if company A is Location 1 and Company B is location 2.

You can then do "Change ip-network-map" in here you can define an IP range, then assign that to a location, then all devices connecting to the System within that IP range will be treated as the location defined.

You can then play with Location Parameters, and display parameters differently, then assign them to two different Tenants for MOH and Attd. Ensuring that all stations/trunks have the correct tenant defined.

You will of course need to ensure that your DHCP servers for each company are set-up correctly so that the Avaya handsets are leasing the correct IP addresses for each company otherwise you may have a problem.

Hope that helps.

Excellent!! Thank you for the suggestion. I will give that a try. Have a great day.
