I've got to install a program. This is a patch/Service pack on a program called Minitab.

Now the real problem:

I need to make this install unattended, but the setup file is not made to do an unattended install. The initial program itself is no problem.

I've already talked to support of minitab and they can not help me.

The question:

Is there someone who can give me a possible way to make an install unattended where the setup waits for responses (maybe from a file).

You can use SCRIPTIT.EXE and write an answer file for the program. It's freely available from Microsoft although they don't support it. It's very easy to use and I use it a lot during unattended desktop and laptop builds.
