Setup Mail Box To Delete Spam

I wonder if someone could tell me how to configure a mail box to delete all incoming emails. I setup a spam filter to send all spams into this mail box. But I couldn't find a way to automatically delete all incoming emails to this box. I do NOT want to configure any client like Outlook to do that. Thank you very much for your help. Mickey
