i need help setting my tabs in quark..i got as fas as i needed with aliging numbers with commas for a financial sheet im creating..BUT..when it gets to numbers that have more than one comma (like with millions), it aligns on the first comma instead of the last where i need it..how do i set it so it wont do that?

Why not try a different alignment? If you have a decimal point, try aligning on that as there is only one per number. Otherwise, try using right alignment so that the right hand side of each number lines up instead.
