setting viking intercom to dial hunt group

how can i set a viking intercom for the door to dial an ext? im used to the door phones where you program it to dial the desired extension. i've even tried the ?D under the analog port's shortcode and it just rings at the intercom but nothing at the phone.

im using the w-1000w

you should be able to set the door phone to dial anything you want not just the system.

i forgot to mention the call doesnt show on the call status.

Viking w-1000 uses a trunk port not analog station.
