Setting up RAID 1

I am using Intel's Server Board SE7501WV2 with 2 73.4 gig scsi drives. i ran through the Intel Server Board Resource CD as instructed and installed the Service Partition. However, when windows set up starts, i provide it with the windows 2000 drivers, it tells me there are no drives to install to???'
