Setting up OWA on Exchange 5.5 1

Good question. We have a 5.5 OWA in an DMZ that connects to two sites. It is passing mail to one of the sites but the IMC filter is slowing down the other site....at least that is what we can surmise right now. One site gets mail sent to it from the other site, about 24 hours later. If we reboot the Exchange server all the mail floods through.
Arrg!
