Setting up NTOP4 on NT4 TSE

Has anyone had success setting up the NT4 Option pack with a NT4 Terminal Server Edition server?
I'm getting error 80080005 when running NT4OP setup, and have tried the suggestions in the MSKB, including removing/reinstalling the RPC service and remove/reinstall NT4OP.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
