Can anyone help out??? I work on an OPtion 81C on an Air Force base. We are a small 1000 number PBX working off of the bigger SL 100 on the Air Force base. We are sending good digits to them for caller ID purposes, but when the phone number leaves the base it comes up with a generic billing telephone number. Does anyone know where that wouyld be programmed in the 81C? Thank you for any help you can provide.

Setting up billing telephone number on PRI

might look at your d, enl msgi x with x being the d channel, just to make sure your clids are being sent, if so the trouble is in the 100.. 4 of my pri's (local) go to a 100, and work right. the 5 pri goes to a different 100 and the people their can't get it to work tranparent. it sends my main number.. the people that maintain that one says it can't be done...such is the real world
