I had to completely wipe out the entire printer system in an XP machine a while ago because XP got confused on the proper dimensions of a "Letter". Wiping everything out also removed the fax printer driver & I'm not sure how to get it back. I've never worked with fax printer drivers before - and on this machine now, when I try clicking on the link to "set up faxing" from the printers & faxes folder, the wizard does not come up.
The modem is using built-in XP drivers & the old fax printer device was a generic microsoft fax driver. What can I do?
