Setting up a relative URL link in Flash 4

Choose the frame you're working with and go to the properties of it...<br>
choose the action tab and select URL from the menu(+).<br>
Enter the URL on the right and choose_blank(not sure) for the target windows.<br>
If you are using frames, you can control which frame is loaded, but you'll have to change the windows setting.<br>
