We are trying to use what we've got here and not have to buy another printer. So I'm trying to get an Apple LaserWriter Pro 600 installed so that our PCs can print to it. I'm having trouble though coming up with a driver that will work. I've tried the LaserWriter Pro 600 driver included in the windows cd, but trying out all the settings I still got nowhere, ending up with about ten pages of postscript text each attempt of a test page print.

I've been trying different HP LaserJet drivers, no luck yet. The LaserJet IIP is working the best so far for me, but printouts with graphical work is all misaligned, such as a form in Access that is the main purpose for setting up this printer. I read online that this printer is similar in design with the LaserJet 4's, but the printouts are worse and offer no graphic capabilities.

Any help?

An addition, I am printing through a network, it is a shared printer hooked onto a Netware 4 server.

I presume you are using the parallel port. There should be a switch (two buttons marked '+' and '-' flanking a number) on the back of the unit near the ports that should be set to '2'. This will enable Postscript on the parallel port and enable you to use the Windows drivers.
