Setting up 3 phones to anwer same incoming DN

We have 3 phones in one area that have people to answer incoming calls to the same DN. This was setup by someone else, each phone has the same DN's assigned to keys like this:

key 00 scr 4234
key 01 scr 5234
key 02 scr 6234

Is this the best way to set this up? should they be using mcr instead?

Sometimes there is a person at each phone, sometimes not, we would like the calls to come in each phone, and have them pick up the calls as they come in...

You have 3 seperate numbers there, but an MCR on each phone would give you ringing at all 3, adn whoever answered it would get it, you could even have multiple appearances on each phone if you wanted of the same DN.

key 1 mcr 1234
key 2 mcr 1234

you don't need lhk, all three phones can match. BUT if phone a gets a call on key 1, they can not hold that call and let phone b pick it up, they can transfer to 1234 and let the other two stations ring.. i perfer to give each set a mcr did plus the dept dn on more then one mcr
