Setting threshold for ACW

I know you can set a threshold for ACW in the hunt group after a call is complete, but can you set a threshold after an agent presses it?
 
If an agent needs more time, they can hit the WORK-CODE button and it will keep track of what they are doing.....If you have that button setup and the work-codes defined. Wisdom is Knowledge
