Here's the scoop. I have two forms with the same control name (Code). I want whatever is in the first form (frmCustomers) to automatically apear in the Code field of the second form when I open it (frmSiteInformation).

I have wracked my brain trying to figure this out. I keep getting an error message!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Please help me.

You need to provide more information to be able to provide you with a good answer. What type control? Are they bound controls (probably not)? Is one always opened from the other? What type of error message? How do you get 'Code' completed in the first form? They provide whatever clues we have to work with.

The control is a bound text box. The control, also a textbox, on the first form (frmCustomers) is prepopulated with the customer ID. I want the same customer ID from the frmCustomers to "auto-populate" the customer ID field in the frmSiteInformation form.

One customer has many different sites. I need to enter many sites for the same customer. All of these sites will have the same customer ID number. The frmCustomers will always be open when I am entering a new site on the form frmSiteInformation.

I hope this provides enough information. Let me know please.
