Setting options in VBA or registry Access 97

Hi, thanks in advance:

Im having a problem with my access 97 system. I go into the tools/ options/ advanced tab. I want to change the Error trapping from break in class module to break on unhandled errors. I make the change then run my program but the error trapping goes back to break in clas module. How can I change this in the program where I need it?
