I remember there being a way to set a form so anyone who opens it will only see one page of the form at a time no matter what display settings they have. I cant for the life of me remember where it is though. My default view in the properties is Single Form but it still shows multiple pages at a time if the display is set to 800x600. Any suggestions?

Is there anyone who can help me with this question? I basically have a continuous form with page breaks on it and I would like for it to show only one page at a time. As far as I can tell, everything in the form properties is set correctly.

Not sure if Pop Up would work or not. Have you considered using tabs (tab control) instead of making it a continuous form? I once had a form which was continuous, and users seemed to like the tab approach better.
Not much help, sorry.

Thanks, I did try that and found the same problem still existed.

I am hoping that I dont have to recreate the forms so that they arent one continuous, but it is starting to look that way.

Appreciate you responding.

Try this:

1. In 'Design View', Right Click on the form to bring up the 'Properties' box. The Combo box at the top of the Properties Box should initially read Detail.

2. Click on the pull down arrow and scroll down until you see 'Form'. Click on it. The box should read 'Form' at the top.

3. Click on the 'Format' tab. The second item in the list should be 'Default View'. It probably reads 'Continuous Forms'. Click on that field.

4. Click on that field. A down arrow should appear. Click on it. You will see a list in the pulldown menu that includes 'Single Form'. Click on it.

This will change the default view of your form from a continuous form with page breaks to showing a single form at a time.;-)

My bad-B-(

After re-reading your problem, I realized that you probably already had the default view set.

Here's something else to try:

Open a form in Form view.

On the Window menu, click Size To Fit Form. If the Form window is maximized, the command is not available.

Click Save on the toolbar to save the size of the form.

Note If the form's DefaultView property is set to Single Form, and the displayed record is smaller than the Form window, Size To Fit Form crops the window to the size of the record. If the record is larger than the Form window, Size To Fit Form expands the Form window to show as much of the record as possible. If the property is set to Continuous Forms, and only part of the bottom record is displayed, Size To Fit Form crops that record. If only one record is partially displayed, Size To Fit Form enlarges the window to show as much of the record as possible.
