On a Cisco switch Cat4000, I'm trying to set a different level of logging to the syslog server and to the terminal session. I would like everything (full debug level) logged to the syslog server, but just Informational level to the screen.
Can anyone help me with the proper commands?

Thanks in advance.

set logging level mgmt 6 default <this is for console>
set logging server severity 7 <this is for the syslog>

You must have:
set logging server enable
set logging server A.B.C.D

This will give you what you want.
