This is on a Norstar MICS, with a NAM. We have the operator set to DN 334, the AA operator set to the same DN, the Greeting tables set to the the same DN. When you hit "zero" internally it is going to a different DN, and its not even the prime set. What am I missing?

Under system settings, direct dial. by default it is 21 or 221, change to your dn.

Under F982, the operator is correct. Not sure what you are referencing under "Direct Dial". Under "System Programing" / "Direct-dial" I have "D-Dial1" through "D-Dial5" with choices of "Internal", "External" or "None". "D-Dial1" is set to "internal" all the others are "None

you can change "DIAL 1" to the extension that you want to hit when 0 is dialed from a phone.
