Where can I set the default font in Word '97? I've looked everywhere (except where it is, obviously :') ).

Thanks,
Bob

I haven't used Word 97 in awhile but most of the default settings are kept in the NORMAL.DOT file. Try opening a blank document, changing the font to your desired choice and then overwriting the NORMAL.DOT template. That should make this new font the default choice on all blank documents.

Just go under Format, then Font, change it right in there, then Hit Default.
