How can I set the proper time on the server and force all computers that are part of this domain to display the same time?

thanks.

Use a log on script to set the time on your pc's to the time on your server:

net time \\SERVERNAME /set /yes

In the NT 4 days I used to use a product called AtomicTime. Don't know if it still exists? It would run on the PDC and keep the time in sync. Then as rstitzel suggested, I had the net time command in the users logon script.

Can I also use this script to ensure that all PC's are in the same time zone? For some reason many computers are showing the wrong time zone and no matter how many times I change it on the physical computer, it changes back when the user logs off.

thanks.

I was using an automatic time service for a few years until one day it went nuts and set the date back to 1900 or something ridiculous. That caused big issues for us as database entries and what not got the wrong date stamped on them for a few hours.

Whatever process you use to keep your master clock set to the correct time, make sure it can handle being given a dud time setting.
