Setting autoreply in exchange 5.5

Can someone tell me how i can set an autoreply? I don't mean the out of the office function in outlook , because it will only be sent ones to each sender. I need an automated reply everytime an email is received.

In out of office you can setup a rule to reply also. You can also set it up via the Rules Wizard.
