SETTING AUTO ATTENDANT

Hellow Team!

I have set the auto attendant on Avaya 500v2 but not worki and I have follow those 4 steps

1. Incoming Call Route

2. Time Profile

3. Auto Attendant

4. Message recording

the message already recorde but once i save afer finishing setu trie to call but not working,,,,

you can see my attachments of set up

so please can any one give me the solution?
 
Can't see the attachments of your set up.
I will assume you are using essential edition.

First check if your recording is actually playing.
Play it back using the code you used to record it. *840x

Create a shortcodes to test AA..
*99 / autoattendant / AA:name of your AA

Does it work..
If so then set your incoming route to AA:name of your AA
Does it work..
If so then set your time profile.

The message with code *840x is mandatory to get the AA to work, the others are optional.
