set-up outlook roaming profile

i support a network of 200 users who are constantly moving from desk to desk. is there anyway to setup outlook so that all they have to do is log in to the machine, and it will automatically configure outlook to connect to the server and mailbox of that user? we are currently using outlook 2000 and 97 on all machines.

any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
