Set up new COR 1

I have been trying to create 3 type of cor.

List cor


30 internal (EXT TO EXT ONLY)
31 LOCAL CALL
32 International calls

all the frl i set to 0

but now i dnt understand what is de FRL and partition table doing.

Ars the number are given.

I m totally confused can some give a doc or explain step by step.

Facility Restriction Level (FRL) defines how 'empowered' you are to make calls. FRL 0 is the most restricted and FRL 7 is the least restricted. In the Route Patterns you define the FRL required to use a specific resource.

In COR 30 (ext to ext), you can use the inward & outward fields to prevent calls using trunks.

Typically, International calls would use an FRL of 7 and only be assigned to those people authorized to make international calls. The ARS table would send international calls to a route pattern that has FRL 7 listed to use those trunks.

Same thing for local. The ARS table would send the calls to a route pattern that has a much lower FRL so that calls can go out.

You need to define your FRL structure up front. Once it's in use it gets harder to change.

An example of what I use:

FRL 0: Toll-Free, 911
FRL 1: Home NPA(s) Only
FRL 2: Home State (All NPAs)
FRL 3: Lower 48 States
FRL 4: All 50 States
FRL 5: North America, excluding Caribbean
FRL 6: North America, including Caribbean
FRL 7: International
