Set up CDR

How can you go about setting up CDR?

I can go into ld 15 and enable it, but how can I collect the data?

I don't have serial access to the unit, only IP access.
My OTM doesn't have CDR feature so i'd just need it in text format.

I quickly need to be able to find out how our PRI is being utilized.

If you don't have CDR in your OTM the easiest way is to have a standalone PC beside your PBX running procom and capturing the data.

you need to connect to a serial port with the tty adan user cty.. that is your cdr streaming data.. you can get that to a lantronics serial server.. or even a cisco router with an a/s card.. that gives you access to the async data.. works like a champ

ok, I'll try that. I have a wyse terminal in there on the tty port already. i'll try and see if I can get a serial cable that will work.
