Hi,

I have a phone with a couple of DNs. Is it possible to set up Call Forward No Answer only for some DNs on this phone and disable Call Forward No Answer for the rest DNs on this phone?
Thanks a lot.

You could do this by building a "phantom set", like a 2616 on a data TN (16-31), with the DN's you want to not forward on the set. The make sure MARP is set on these DN's on the phantom phone, and set CLS to HTD and FND.

This would allow you to control up to 16 DN's (More if you include Add-on modules) with one TN.

Hope this helps,

Scott M.

If each DN is to be FNA to a differant Number than you would need 1 Phamton TN DN MARP for each one.

both post are right, the fdn/hunt line controls all the dn's marped on the set. sometimes you can just move marp over to another set.. had a customer that wanted 4 lines to never forward. i built a set in the switchroom with those 4 numbers marped (scn keys) and did not allow forwrd or hunt. those numbers appeared on several sets in each dept, the users could still use mail and foward to each other.. those 4 dn's were menu choices and the boss wanted a live voice after people made that choice, not another menu or voice mail.. it was a smaller system, but it worked. be sure marp is on in your switch
