I want to select all the sheets in my workbook and set the same print area for them all.

Any idea how I can do this quickly and easily?

I have already tried:

1. Selecting all sheets, Select FILE then PRINT AREA but SET PRINT AREA is greyed out.

2. Selecting all sheets whilst in "Page Break Preview" mode, and dragging the page break, but I cannot select in when all sheets are selected.

3. Selecting all sheets then FILE - PAGE SETUP, but the print area is shaded out.

Regards,

Le

Unfortunately, this is one of those functions that you can apply to multiple WSs in one go. But you can multi-select a print area and the selections will stay active.

First, add the SetPrintArea tool to your Toolbar.

Then select all the WSs and then use the mouse to select the print area.

Now click on the first WS tab and click on the SetPrintArea button.

Then click the next WS tab (the selection is still highlighted) and click the SetPrintArea button...

Thanks for your help!

Not the ideal solution, but will save me time anyways!
