Set Outlook 2000 as default email client

How do I set Outlook 2000 as my default email client in Windows 2000 Prof/MS Office 2000?

When I click on a mail-hotlink (Mailto:) Outlook Express pops up.

In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Programs tab, E-mail.

Or just uninstall Outlook Express! ;-)
