Set IP address using command line interface 2

I have some laptops that are used at remote sites. These remotes do not have DHCP available. I want to allow the technicians to set the ip and gateway addresses manually using a command line batch file. They are great hardware technicians but PC literacy is a missing skill set in some cases.

Looking to avoid using the windows based TCP/IP properites windows.

use NETSH:

netsh interface ip set address &quot;YOUR-CONNECTOR-NAME&quot; static <ipaddr> <subnetmask> <gateway> <metric>
