Even though the card is not there, you can still program sets. If you were to plug cards in to these slots, the phone would likely work.
On CLI, LD 11 just out the TN's as normal. You might want to do a print of the TNB and make sure they have not been set up for something else, ie dummy forwarding.

System does not let me print set or out set. See below:

REQ: prt
TYPE: tnb
TN 4 0 1 13

SCH0805

REQ: out
TYPE: 3903
TN 4 0 1 13
SCH0128

As much as I hate to say this, it sounds like corruption. while there are ways to get into the core and remove this corruption, I would start cheap.

Try to INI and see if you can remove after the INI. Most likely a SYSLOAD will be needed to remove the programming. I have seen this, but it was normally with M2317 programming that was not removed when moving to Succession level software. Once a SYSLOAD was done we were able to remove them.

Be very careful if the digital card is a 48 port one as was used on the old Option 11c mini chassis as you won't be able to view any sets in LD 117. There is a bug that I've reported it to Avaya last year and they won't touch it anymore as they state that the 48 port card shouldn't be used.

I have a site running 5.5 on a CPPM and it works fine with the card. You might try and just IDU the port in LD 32?.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

when I idu i get the following:

.idu 4 0 1 13
CARD UNEQ

I get the following:

.stat 4 0 1 13
CARD UNEQ
.stat 4 0 1
CARD UNEQ
.idc 4 0 1

NPR327

Spanton, when you say "ran a set inventory" did you do INV GENERATE before you did the INV PRT?
You could be looking at old data.

Thanks StanleySteamer....for some reason I thought the inv Generate ran everynight. I did the inv generate and print again and the sets and now gone.

Yes I guess that's an option that can be turned on with INV MIDNIGHT.
Glad you don't have to do anything drastic!
