Set Based Admin

Hello again evryone,

I spent some time setting up Set Based Administration, this would make basic changes in the field much easier for me. After setting it up and testing it would not accept password, i then noticed in the manual, the part I seem to have missed, that you have to do a sys reload for password to take effect, this seems pretty drastic with no maintenance window and 1600 users and climbing, just thought i would share

if you were on site...
you could split the cores and do a sysload on the inactive core and then swap core and do the other one.
