Set-as-primary per message?

I know how to set the 'Set-As-Primary' address for an Exchange e-mail address in AD Users & Computers for people with multiple addresses. My question is, is there a way the user can do this from within Outlook on an individual message basis? That way most emails come from user1@company1.com, but any specific emails can come from user1@company2.com. Both company1 and company2 would be in the routing policy on the server.
