Hi, can anyone tell me whether or not session variables created within a site using the standard http protocol are retained and available to be used and referred to if you then view pages using the https protocol? The site is the same, but I am unsure whether the action of going into the site using the secure protocol is seen as a new session. Derren

The answer: yes

Session variables are retained when you jump in and out of the https protocol, I did worry that it considered it a new session, but my fears were unfounded. Derren
