Hi everybody ,

Is there a line of cmd to check license status on CLI for the below system :
Sesion Manager / EPM... I actualy cannot log into WebLM.
But i have full right access on console .

Thanks !

What exactly are you looking for? SM is licensed per 'instance' - so it's not like SM would refuse a call because it's only licensed for a certain number.

And AAEP/EPM acquires all licenses it can from WebLM. The EPM can then assign capacities to the MPPs under its control. If EPM loses contact with WebLM, it'll be in 30 day grace mode.

Ultimately, nothing more than 'peak usage' reports will provide you with an accurate picture of how many calls you're servicing on AAEP. There's probably some reports in there for whatever it considered a 'peak' period.

HI Kyle555 //

Many thanks for the reply ,

I was able to see on EPM , the info about the license product :
A total of 336 Telephony Ports , however , under MPP server / a total of 400 simultaneous call , there are 4 MPP server. following the doc, each MPP should handle 100 simultaneous calls, which will be too much comparing the total of Telephony Ports License install on EPM .Also, i am a bit confuse by reading these details on MPP Details page :

Call Status

Current Capacity: 168
Licenses Allocated: 168
Maximum Call Capacity: 400
Active Calls: 26
Calls Today: 60,829

Do you have an idea ?

Thanks !
