Services won't start

Today are mail server just stopped dead and I'm lost as to whats happend. I'm only getting 2 error in the event viewer

thanks for that Tried them no joy paid MS £200 this morning they where at it for 8 hours running every utill under the sun with no joy. It's AD/DNS problem I'm going to rebuild it 2morow.
