service user data base not synchronazing

Hey Guys.

I just finish installing an ipoffice server with 9 remote gateways. I have about 800 user on the system. Everything is working just fine except one thing. I can't synchronize service user database. I tried both place in web interface :7070. It give me the message that the synchronization start but it's not working. I have the same Administrator and security password in each system. I did this many time but now it's not working. When I first install the primary and secondary server it work but after adding the last 6 gateways it stop working.

Any idea's
