Service Pack 4 error

Hi All!

Pikk here. Anyone have a problem with upgrading to SP 4 on a Win2k system? The error I'm getting is "Failed to connect to metabase" And the dialog box title is sp4iis. After I click ok it fails and rolls back. I can't figure out what the heck is wrong.

Any ideas??
