I want to know is there a command that will show you what stations are using the observer and also show what stations they are observing.

no such command that I know of, you would have to list all cor's that can service observe then li station that have this cor, but still will not tell you who is being observed.

It would be a pretty cool command, But I am having an issues where a small group of phones get a fast busy when trying to observe. Now the COR are correct I even set a test station and it worked.

Remember, if they have a cor that allows observing then the person being observed must have a cor that allows them to be observed.

Yea but it gets a busy soon as you press the button, dont even allow you to type in station/agent id. Now I duplicated the station and it works but these four phones just busy busy busy tone.

are these 4 phones that need to be observed agent phones?

also sorry have to ask, you have the button programmed as service observe and are positive you are pushing the correct button on phone, and the observing phone has the correct cor to observe and the phone he wants to observe has the correct cor to allow this, sorry have to ask just to be positive

ok then one last stab at this, do this, do a reset system 1 and retest and let me know, (no this will not knock people off the phones)

Well I have a question lets say three stations all can be observed or a observer. Now station 1 is observing station 2, can station 2 observe station 3 if station 2 is being observed by station 1??

I think this might be the problem ( I THINK )

I don't think so but was never in that situation to prove otherwise!
