Service command failed. Cause(Error code -2)

No Upgrade in the near future.

When I try to login to Office Manager the login fails with this message:

"Service command failed. Cause(Error code -2)"

After the third try I get the three login attempt warning, but the security system does not lock me out. When I look at the Security system manager it still shows "Enabled".

Other applications access it O.K. (SysMonitor and System Status).

The IPO 500 is outside of the firewall and has it's own fixed address. It can be accessed by other computers outside the local network without any problem. It seems to have issues only with any computer that is attached to our internal network and will be sharing the same apparent external address.

Not sure what you mean by "attached to our internal network and will be sharing the same apparent external address"

The last two lines caught my attention,
TFTP Write:: Too many retries (from 169.254.109.247, 2394) file=nasystem
TFTP Write:: Too many retries (from 123.125.7.89, 2395) file=nasystem

What device is 169.254.109.247 and what device is 123.125.7.89?

Do you have another TFTP server running on the same network? Maybe shut it down and then try to connect.
