Server with 2 NIC's - 1 NIC drops network

I have a NetWare 6 server with 2x Intel Network cards. 1 of the cards drops the network connection randomly.


Any suggestions?

are they seperate cards with seperate ip addresses?

what is set to use each
what is the stats like in monitor on the card
