My server gets hung-up in the boot process, also hangs when last known good selected. Attempted to use CD with ERD to repair however, it never reaches the state where I can select between a clean install or a repair. System will boot-up in safe mode and safe mode w/ networking. I've checked device manager to see if there were any hardware conflicts, none noted. Any suggestions out there. Thanks for any help rendered.

Sounds like a possible hardware failure. Have you changed any hardware lately? If you have, have you run a repair since?
Try booting from your server cd and trying all the repair options in there until one of them works.
You say that you checked device manager for hardware conflicts. If you can't boot the server, how did you get all the way to device manager? More information might help us help you.

MCP, A+

A Fire-Wire Hard drive was causing the problem. Will locate drivers and test it on an offline unit before adding it back to the server. Thanks for the help.
