Is there a utility similar to the pc desktop trash can, that will put a trash can storing all files a clients deletes on the server.

None that I know of. If my users delete something from their home directory, it is fully deleted straight away. I don't know whether it is possible to do it by editing the registry.

I used to have such a utility. I seem to remember getting it from either

- http:\\ (Beverley Hills Software)
- http:\\- http:\\
Of these I think the better is bhs.com as they have a vast range of utilities for the NT platform. They also have a technical forum where you could ask.

We use Executive Softwares Undelete here, It seems to be "iffy" at best. And wont restore any files that have been compressed.
