Server Shutting down unexpectedly

Hi!
My previous message didn't have a clear subject line. sorry..
My problem today is this.
We are running NT Server 4, SP6 on a network of Win 98/XP systems.. Everything runs great, but within the last week or so, the Server is rebooting unexpectedly. the Event Log just says the shut down was unexpected..
Any ideas?
