server problem

Hai guys, I have a strange issue on my server.
We migrated to a new domain and sinds I migrated a server which should be accessed from the other locations we are using I can’t access it anymore.
I already tried to pull it out of the domain and put it back but no results.
I use unc to access the machine, all other server I migrated are still accessible.
This is the error is get;

"The network location can not be reached. For more information about network troubleshooting see windows help"

I can ping the server from all locations and its not a dns thing i walked trough some local policy's and tried to put the accounts i needed to the "access this server from the network" policy.

Since you migrated from one domain to another, is there a trust between the two domains?

Just so I can get a better understanding here are a few questions:

1. What is this servers use in your network (DNS/AD/exchange/file server/combination etc.)?

2. Does the old domain even exisit anymore?

3. Have you tried putting in a temp NIC card and reset static IP to that card? (belive it or not I have actually seen this happen with a flakey NIC card. I could ping it but do nothing else)

4. You say "from other locations" would that be different areas in your office or is it also accessable from remote locations (via VPN etc.)?

Not sure if I can help, but this will give me a better overall picture to play with.

I migrated the server from the old domain to the new 2003 domain, the server is a 2000 server and its a application server. The old domain is still there (nt4)
The other locations are remote offices.
