Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3' Problems

I am getting this error when sending an email using CDONTS -

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed
/candles/ssl/SFLib/incConfirm.asp, line 240
800401f3

Now, I know that CDONTS is not supported when using Microsoft Server 2003 (which is what I am using) but I found a .dll file that enables CDONTS and it seems to work.

The problem is that it works for one website but not another and they are both on the same server. Any suggestions?

Why not just change to CDOSYS

I may have to do that but for right now I would like to be able to use CDONTS.

check for the IUSR permissions...
