Server Model Comparisons

It would really depend on what you are looking for out of the server.
If you are looking for a small and simple 1U server with little to no need for upgradability, the DL140 is for you.
If you are looking for a small 5U desktop server which can give you enough diskspace for your needs, am ML330 would probably be better.
