Server in InterDev

I have XP Home Edition on my computer and when I try to open a new project I have to enter a server. Everything that I type in it rejects, ie: the name of my computer and IP address. I was told that IIS is no longer used in XP and that a different server must be running to make this work. If anyone knows what it is please let me know.
