Server Edition RTP ports stay up

We have a SE solutionn where the RTP channels a staying up even when there are no calls on the system. if we monitor the router traffic we see upto 300M going from the Ipoffice Se to a phone even though there is no call up.

This appears to be causing network congestion.
Both Primary and secondary severs are doing this. Doing a reboot tonight.
Have about 400 ip phones on each server running 9.0.3.

Any ideas guys?

I would try an upgrade to 9.0.4 although the tech bulletins do not show anything fixed for RTP ports being stuck.

We will need to be more scientific than that. Sending out two techs to data centres on a Sunday to take to upgrade two servers with 800'users is not going to fly with our customer.
